Really good Stay with Excellent Service

The breakfast buffet featured a wonderful array of options. I found the tram service right outside the front door to be convenient. The staff displayed really good friendliness and attentiveness, going above and beyond to ensure comfort. The rooftop restaurant offered wonderful city views (especially during sunset).
The outside pavements near the hotel were undergoing relaying , which resulted in some noise at night.

The location provided very convenient access to the tram line. the tram stop was directly outside. breakfast offered freshly prepared eggs and waffles daily. Waffles became my favourite. the staff, including murat and gonca, were friendly and helpful.

the location was convenient, providing easy access to transportation and nearby attractions.
I was quite disappointed by the excessive noise coming from other rooms. It significantly impacted my sleep quality, especially since i was hoping for a restful stay, that suite room should not be sold.
